Reshipping: In the event that your order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping charges. We will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Remade Orders: If your order needs to be remade due to a mistake on your part, you will be responsible for the additional charges associated with the new order. We will not be responsible for any charges incurred due to an error on your part.

Shipping Timeframe: All orders are shipped out within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe does not include holidays or weekends. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped out as soon as possible. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, may cause delays in delivery.

Shipping & Tracking 

All shipment will be delivered in the order they are received.  We do not offer refunds/replacement for lost/stolen packages. Only for orders that have been lost DURING TRANSIT and verified through shipping carry. You can send confirmation  to help@dibeautybar.com. If marked as delivered please contact the shipping provided for lost package as we not responsible.
